Although it would be fun to use popular hit songs in video, it's not fair to do so without the permission of the artist + label. Reyna Entertainment and Distributions cannot + refuses to profit off of work we have not asked permission for and or paid rights to.

Your Guests
We want everyone to feel comfortable and most of all have a good time at whatever event we are covering. Make sure you let your party know about us prior to the event so that if they are not comfortable with being on camera our team will make a note of it and capture the moment without making anyone feel uncomfortable.
Event Location
It is up to Client to reach out to venue and ask for permission
Depending on event location + event Reyna Entertainment and Distributions may do a follow up with the location 1-3 days before shoot.
Airbnb Locations
Client is asked to reach out to owner for permission. Have screenshot of conversation giving permission from owner to submit after booking. Reyna Entertainment and Distributions will not follow up with Airbnbs.
Client must book at a minimum of 7 days.
Reyna Entertainment and Distributions suggest booking out 14-30 days prior to your event.
Turn around for Video:
The turn around is roughly
7-10 business days. If there is anything longer than 14 business days we will reach out to our client and correct our delays.
Payment is due at the event.
Deposits of 25% are required to secure the date client is looking for.
Business:
